For this business to take the next step on their journey we are looking at adding a senior sales leader into the team, as the business embarks on its growth journey in the UK & Internationally.

About the Role

This is an all-encompassing strategic 'doer' of a Head of Sales role in this dynamic and well-funded business. Reporting to the Founder with responsibility for 1 direct report at present and plenty of scope over the coming 12-18 months to nurture and grow your team exponentially, as mentioned this is early stage!



Your responsibility will be to grow the business across the top Retail customers & Out of Home. Full responsibility for P&L, reporting, senior relationship contact & ownership of performance metrics. You will work closely with the marketing, operations and NPD functions to recommend best in class category growth decisions for customers alongside business growth objectives.

Your Background

To be successful we need a commercial & retail savvy team player who exudes positivity and is driven to achieve. This is a business focused on strong values and a robust growth agenda so the focus on doing the right thing is a must. You will already have a strong background in large, branded consumer business and have experienced multiple rotations on top 4 grocery customers ideally, with some out of home brand building experience.



Remember this is not a big business it’s a start up, working with large budgets for its size but being responsible, working with agility, at pace and being able to don more than one hat is essential.

· Grocery Retail experience

· Out of Home Experience

· Experience of food & beverages is essential

· High drive and ambition led mindset

· Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally
