Our client is an award winning business, that has an highly experienced automotive team, who have developed a fantastic name and reputation with their dealer partners across the UK. They currently have a prestigious client base across the industry and currently provides schemes for around 1000 dealers throughout the UK.

About the Role

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Employee Development and Training:

Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support employees in pursuing external qualifications and certifications to further their professional development.
Performance Management:

Implement performance management systems to track employee performance and progress.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and goal setting.
Address performance issues and provide coaching to employees to improve performance.
Employee Relations:

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts proactively.
HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all departments.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
Employee Engagement and Culture:

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and promotes teamwork.
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1 - 3 years experience in HR roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to professional development.
