About the Role

Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, emails and other communications and respond appropriately or escalate as needed.
Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports.
Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials.
Arrange domestic and international travel for executives, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation and visa processing.
Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs, ensuring executives are well-prepared for all trips.
Track and reconcile travel expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and documents using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Your Background

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other relevant software applications.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
