About the Role
Your Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional sales plans to open doors and secure listings with key retailers, achieving agreed commercial terms and growth targets.
Market Expertise: Conduct in-depth market reviews to identify opportunities and develop NPD opportunities for customers.
Profit Management: Oversee P&L for key accounts, negotiating pricing and investments to ensure profitability.
Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with retailers and distributors, driving all aspects of client interaction from lead generation to launch execution.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimise sales performance, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as needed.
Your Background
A proven track record in National or Key Accounts, ideally in direct-to-retail sales within the health, beauty, or FMCG industries.
Exceptional commercial acumen and creativity, with the ability to build mutually beneficial solutions for partners.
A passionate, tenacious, and resilient approach, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Experience in managing distributor relationships and navigating complex market dynamics is a plus.
