About the Company

This Award Winning Automotive business is still very much in its infancy and after a very successful first three years in business, they're now looking to expand their sales team to help build on their reputation across the UK to ensure they finish 2024 on a real high.

Our client has an highly experienced leadership automotive team that have developed a fantastic name and reputation with their dealer partners. They currently have a vast product offering and a prestigious client base across the UK, where they're trusted by over 1700 car dealerships.

About the Role

You will be tasked to develop and maintain successful relationships with a variety of independent dealers/groups to grow the business portfolio. You will be able to use your creativity and thorough knowledge of the sales process to provide innovative ideas for business growth and ways to implement them.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of sales achievement and would ideally have experience selling into the automotive dealer sector. It is vital you possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with a wide variety of people.

Your Background

Proven track record of sales achievement from within the automotive sector.
Background selling vehicle warranties, paint protection or insurance based products would fit particularly well for this role.
Highly competent in the use of all modern IT systems and the use of CRM tools.
Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
