About the Role

• First-hand exposure to Top 4/6 Grocery Retailers
• A crash course in consultative selling & category thinking
• Regular interaction with senior leadership
• A hands-on role that builds your commercial and analytical toolkit - fast

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintaining and helping shape commercial and category performance trackers
• Supporting in-store excellence through POS, merchandising & off-fixture execution
• Partnering on retail projects across grocery, convenience, and pet specialist channels
• Helping build fixturisation solutions through internal and external partners
• Managing master data and pricing across a growing customer base
• Using retailer systems to ensure flawless execution of trade plans
• Supporting the S&OP process with robust planning inputs
• Beginning formal development in category management and strategic selling

Your Background

• You’ve got early experience in FMCG - maybe a year or two in a commercial, sales, or category role
• You’re detail-oriented, hungry to learn, and ready to step up
• You want real ownership, not just admin
• You’re excited by working in a high-growth brand that’s genuinely values-led - and moving fast
