About the Role

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

Formulate and implement the marketing services strategy for the group.
Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and spend.
Take the lead on strategic marketing initiatives including brand and campaign development, communication, creative design, and social media.
Brand Management:

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and guardianship across the business.
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights for brand and campaign development.
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at changing customer behaviour and promoting specific products/services.
Agency Relationship Management:

Manage key agency relationships to support marketing objectives effectively.
Team Leadership:

Lead and manage direct reports to ensure efficient execution of marketing strategies and tasks.
Manage and coordinate all marketing activities
Develop relationships with key stakeholders

Your Background

Marketing Expertise:

Marketing degree/qualification or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated leadership in a marketing team.
Strong experience in strategic brand and campaign management targeting both B2B and D2C audiences.
Social Media Proficiency:

Proven track record in developing successful social media strategies.
Creativity and Attention to Detail:

Highly creative with an excellent eye for detail.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Able to get stuck in and undertake manual tasks.
Project Management and Innovation:

Strong project management skills with the ability to generate new ideas and innovate.
Influencing Skills:

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
