The time has come for the business to upskill and add firepower to their resources, with this role playing a pivotal part in the strategy for years to come and become part of the operating board in the following years.
About the Role
Head of Marketing role reporting to the Founder and CEO covering the UK. There is a distinct possibility that as the structure of the business matures this will become a CMO in the next 3-5 years after hitting business objectives. You will manage the Marketing Team 4 direct reports.
We require a commercial marketer to continue to grow this brand exponentially in the UK. You have full control of budgeting, partnerships and management of their creative partners to maximise ROI. Activation is key in brand building so no ivory towers here. This is about being able to do the doing, as well as being the strategic lead and partner with retail on the continuation of the fab work the team have done.
ABL budgets for a business of this size are limited but it is not without significant investment. This is a business driven by socials and intelligent ideas will be paramount for the first year as we gain distribution with retail partners. We need a marketeer that has tasted SME highs and lows, the agility of the business means no day is the same and no idea is without its merits. They want to capture the imaginations & educate consumers.
