About the Role

Supervise the two internal team members to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
Monitor and review all auction processes and procedures, ensuring that these are up to date and relevant.
Ensure that the auction centre documentation is maintained in an orderly manner.
Monitor the auction centre admin performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that all vehicles are sold in a fair and transparent manner.
Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate all administrative activities.
Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Your Background

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the vehicle remarketing, fleet or automotive industry.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Good understanding of budgets and admin.
Ability to manage and motivate staff.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
High level of attention to detail.
