A business that has been in operation for a century with nostalgic brands and some phenomenal new success stories across retail are looking at their next stage of growth. They have already invested significant capex in a new factory, further warehousing & infrastructure. In the last 6 years they have grown by a third to north of £45million turnover, delivering significant profit which has led to this self-funded, seven figure investment keeping this business debt free.



The next port of call, now the infrastructure is in place, is to add to their brilliant team who boast resumes from the likes of, Unilever, Brakes, & AB World Foods. As a result of all of this great stuff, we are hiring a top notch new, Regional Account Manager.

About the Role

Regional Account Manager – On-trade & Foodservice.



We are quite open on background for this one. We will look at people coming from the hospitality or foodservice sectors wanting to move into regional sales or a Regional Account Executive or Territory Sales Executive want to make that step up.



This is an all-encompassing role in this dynamic and multi branded business.



We require a Regional Account Manager to continue to drive the On-Trade & Foodservice channel. The growth will come from increasing distribution through the current product portfolio as there has been some under trading however the relationships are there to be nurtured and new doors are there to be opened.



This role is all about driving volume distribution, identifying, and securing new customers and managing accounts regionally.



You must have a passion for food and beverage and want to really drive the agenda and be part of this exciting journey.

Your Background

Structured selling skills combined with strong drive and energy.
Experience of the food and beverage categories is essential.
Ability to take initiative, explore and deliver new business opportunities.
Positive team player.
Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally to entice people.
SME mindset - don multiple hats.
