One of the fastest growing British heritage brands in drinks are adding to their hugely talented team. This SME has received significant PE backing and is growing at 38% YOY through incredible NPD, big spend in marketing & a top commercial team who have gained lots of new distribution points and customers across Retail, OOH & Foodservice.



They have a tremendous product which is schools accredited and as a result is category leader loved by retailers and consumers. These guys still have masses of opportunity to grow across all channels and the supply chain has the capacity to service that growth.



The team is very strong and the leadership here is second to none. They come from top blue chip FMCG food and beverages backgrounds having then made moves into small/medium size businesses. So, the support structures are in place as well as the mentoring to really step change and accelerates your career path. Not only that - for an SME the coaching and training rivals a Blue Chip!



As a result of all of this great stuff, we are hiring a top notch new, National Account Manager into the Foodservice team.

About the Role

This is an all-encompassing role in this dynamic and immensely successful SME.



We require a National Account Manager or Regional Account Manager with Foodservice Contract Catering or End User experience to come in and continue to drive growth with key accounts and drive business in new channels and accounts. The growth will come from increasing distribution through the current product portfolio, the relationships are there to be nurtured with the route to markets set up with the likes of Bidfood, Brakes & other national wholesalers.



You must have food or beverage experience and want the opportunity to have ownership of P&L and budgets. While you will be working as part of the team the business is brilliantly set up for the modern world of remote working, so your attention to detail, reporting and willingness to drive new business wins is going to be really important.

Your Background

National Key Account experience in a branded FMCG business.
Out of Home, Foodservice & New Business experience is essential.
Growth agenda mindset both personally and professionally these guys are going places.
Strong P&L understanding & management.
Able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering new business in Food & Drink.
A natural people person - Great communicator; internally, externally, multi-level & cross functional.
Honest and open, always put the customer at the heart of everything they do.
An engaging and collaborative style; Energetic, courageous, motivated, and driven to make a difference.
Extremely organised, great attention to detail and willing to work hard.
