The team is very strong and the leadership here is second to none. They come from top blue chip FMCG food and beverages backgrounds having then made moves into small/medium size businesses. As a result of all of this great stuff, we are hiring a top notch new, National Account Manager into the Retail team.
About the Role
This is an all-encompassing role in this dynamic and multi branded business.
We require a National Account Manager or Regional Account Manager with Foodservice Contract Catering or End User experience to come in and continue to drive growth with key accounts and drive business in new channels and accounts. The growth will come from increasing distribution through the current product portfolio, the relationships are there to be nurtured with the route to markets set up with the likes of Bidfood, Brakes & other national wholesalers.
You must have food or beverage experience and want the opportunity to have ownership of you P&L and budgets. While you will be working as part of the team the business is brilliantly se tup for the modern world of remote working, so your attention to detail, reporting and willingness to drive new business wins is going to be really important.
To be successful we need a passionate team player who exudes positivity and a can-do attitude. This is a business focused on strong values and sustained growth with objectives to double revenues in the next two years. You will already have a strong background in large, branded consumer business and have experienced multiple rotations within Commercial Account Management.
What you need to bring:
- Experience in a sales account management role in food or beverages.
- National Key Account experience in a branded FMCG business.
- Out of Home, Foodservice & New - Business experience is essential.
- Positive team player who wants to be developed.
- Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally to entice people.
- Growth agenda mindset both personally and professionally these guys are going places.
