As a result of all of this great stuff, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to lead their sales efforts within the Discount Channel.
About the Role
This is an all-encompassing role in this dynamic and multi branded business.
This is a National Account Manager role with full responsibility for the likes of Aldi, Lidl, Poundland, B&M, Savers and TJ Morris. The discount and value retail channel is the fastest growing in the business and high on the priority list to ensure continued growth.
As well the accounts you will be immediately working with they are also in advanced talks with other accounts - so a lot to get your teeth stuck into!
In an ideal world you will have account management experience in this channel and come from a food or consumer product background. This is a role that demands quick thinking, agility backed up by a keen attention to detail.
To be successful we need a passionate team player who exudes positivity and a can do attitude.
This is a business focused on sustained growth so growth in this channel is a must. You will already have a strong background in large branded and ideally an SME high growth environment.
This is a business of foodies who have one of the hottest properties in the snacking category. Category data and insight led working is key to continuing the customer success story they have here too and remember this is an agile and fast paced start up
What you need to bring:
- FMCG big business or large branded training background.
- Discount/Value Retail experience.
- Experience of food & beverages is essential.
- High drive and ambition led mindset.
- Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally.
- SME mindset - don multiple hats.
