About the Role

Craft and implement a customer-centric strategy to meet revenue targets and foster growth, incorporating insights from the garage network and feedback from partners.
Provide leadership to the customer service team, setting clear objectives and metrics that align with the company's overarching goals.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continual improvement within the Garage Network.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in various departments to achieve mutual objectives, promoting synergy and alignment across functions.
Nurture and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients, including high-level executives, to drive business expansion and capitalise on opportunities.
Manage client business activities against forecasts and budgets including annual increase justifications.

Your Background

A proven track record of providing great customer service and helping dealers exceed their goals and targets.
Demonstrated success in building relationships with multiple stakeholders, including C-suite and senior individuals.
Passionate about delivering customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion for all customers.
Establish trusted relationships with each client to drive loyalty.
You can work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment
