About the Company

This high growth Automotive Data & AI business is still very much in its infancy and after a successful round of funding, they're now looking to add firepower to their commercial sales team and scale their business across the LCV and HGV markets.

Our client has a highly experienced leadership team and have developed the platform with software, product and marketing functions already in place in the UK.

A truly unique opportunity to work in what is essentially a high growth business, with limited risk, who have a fantastic name and reputation within the automotive sector.

About the Role

This newly created role will be responsible for driving overall growth for our clients UK expansion.

You will be responsible for owning client partner relationships, identifying, and qualifying revenue expansion opportunities and meeting activity targets.

In addition to the above, you will identify new points of contact within your prospects, build relationships with them to help raise awareness and the perception of your brand.

-Set strategic plan for your automotive customer prospect base to drive sales across the UK
-Work in cooperation with the leadership team to promote and maximise the product offering
-Ensure the product and service offering is current and delivers the highest levels of quality
-Represent the brand at external events across the automotive industry
-Ensure the data and AI offering remains competitive in an ever changing environment
-Contribute to the launch of new product ideas and service offerings

Your Background

-5+ years of business development experience from within the automotive EV sector
-Experience working with LCV / HGV based clients
-Highly organised and natural new business hunter
-You will be a strong communicator, excellent at planning and a great negotiator
